1. Our commitment

Royal VA Academy wants everyone to be able to use this site, join the Collective and take part in workshops. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep working on it.

2. This website

We work on readable text and color contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text on images, clear headings, and pages that work on phones.

The embedded workshop calendar comes from ClickUp, so some of its features are outside our control. There's always an "Open the full calendar" link below it, plus a plain Register page.

3. In-person workshops

Tell us what you need when you register or by email at least 3 days before the workshop, and we'll do our best to make it work. That might be seating, printed materials in a larger size, or anything else that helps you take part.

4. The Royal VA Collective

The Collective is hosted on Heartbeat, so the platform's accessibility depends on Heartbeat. Call replays are posted so you can watch at your own pace.
